Finca Rumania and Finca Hungria are neighboring farms in Santa Ana, El Salvador, owned by the Lima Family, who have been in the coffee business for three generations. Mr. Lima established the farms in the 1930s.

Finca Rumania spans 65 hectares at an elevation of 1,100 meters. After harvesting, the coffee cherries are transported 2 km to Balcanes Mill, where they are dried on patios for 18 days.

Finca Rumania is part of the Cuzcachapa Cooperative, which handles their coffee exports.
