FECCEG is a Guatemalan coffee cooperative supporting smallholder farmers through sustainable practices and community projects, and its honey-processed coffee is know for it’s unique sweet, fruity, and full-bodied characteristics, often featuring blackberry and chocolate. This rare and delicious specialty coffee involves a meticulous processing method where the sticky mucilage is left on the bean during drying, contributing to its rich flavor.
