Sourced from the lush elevations of Java, this coffee is crafted by Koperasi Serba Usaha, a cooperative founded in 2015 that unites generations of farmers dedicated to producing Organic-certified coffee. Grown between 1000 and 1500 meters alongside crops like avocado, ginger, and durian, the Catimor and Typica varietals undergo the traditional Wet Hulled process and patio drying, creating a rich, full-bodied flavor. Harvested from April to September, each sip reflects the vibrant ecosystem and proud heritage of these passionate Javanese farmers
